Pray before you eat.

Take food only if you are hungry,otherwise food
will turn into poison.

There should be all 6 tastes in the food you
take daily.

Close the mouth and chew the food.
5.
Close the eyes and concentrate on chewing the
food.

Don’t take water ½ hr. before food, while taking
food and upto ½ hr. after food. If in case, you feel thirsty, you can take water
( upto ¼ tumbler).

Take food 45 minutes after bath. If you take
food, before bath, take 2 1/2 hrs.

Wash the face, hands before taking food.
9.
Don’t watch television while eating.
10.
Don’t
talk while eating.
11.
Don’t eat with feet hanging down. Better to eat,
sitting in the floor.

If you are a Mother, serve food to
others(children) and then take food separately.

Don’t read books while eating.
14.
If you belch(burp), the first time, stop taking
food.
15.
Even if you have BP or Diabetes, if you follow
the above tips, you can take any food.

Don’t boil drinking water.
17.
Drink water only if you feel thirsty.
18.
Don’t use mineral water.
19.
Don’t filter water. Take ordinary tap water.

Or else, you can take pot water.
21.
You take some water, after urinating each time.
22.
Sip water slowly and take.
23.
Don’t sleep with your head facing north.
24.
Don’t take coffee or tea. Sleep will be affected.
25.
Don’t sleep on the floor.
26.
If you are a hard worker, you need more sleep. (Minimum
8 hours).
27.
Before sleep, brush the teeth.
28.
Massage below the lower border of the lower jaw with three
fingers and massage the point on the back of the head above the depression felt
on the back.

Don’t use coil or liquidator etc.
30.
Allow circulation of free air in the house. (Proper
ventilation).
31.
Use A/c at only 37 degrees.
32.
Exercise such that all parts of the body are
involved.
33. Brush the teeth daily (or gargle with warm saline if brushing is not possible)
and do figure of “8” walking. This will aid in evacuation of the bowels.-
