PANEER BUTTER MASALA RECIPE




Ingredients:

Butter- 2 tablespoon

Oil- 1 tablesppon



Cinnamon-1

Cloves-2

Cardamom- 1



Onion-2 ( Boil big onions and blanch them, and cool them; then, puree them)

Tomato puree-1 cup.

Ginger-garlic paste- 1 tbsp.

Cashew paste- 2tbsp( soak cashews in hot water and then grind them into a nice paste)

Paneer- cubes

Kasuri methi- ¾ tsp.

Garam masala powder- 1tsp.

Coriander powder- 2 tsp.

Chilli - ¾ tsp.

Turmeric – ¼ tsp.

METHOD:

 Pour oil in a kadai. Add whole spices and saute them. Then add onion paste and saute till brown, then add cashew paste, tomato puree, spice powders and saute for few more minutes till oil separates. Then add sufficient quantity of water and   boil. Then add paneer cubes and let it to be cooked till attains gravy consistency. Finally, add butter and then garnish with coriander leaves.
