CAULIFLOWER CHOPS!

CAULIFLOWER CHOPS!
 Cauliflower chops goes well with Chappathi, Roti,Naan, Parotta or Poori(Even for Idiyaappam)
. I give hereunder the recipe for Hotel Saravana Bhavan style Cauliflower chops.

INGREDIENTS

Cauliflower- 1 medium ( cut into small florets)
Onion- 3 (Chopped)
Tomato-3( Chopped)
Ginger- Garlic paste

For grinding into a paste:
Coconut- 2 1/2 tablespoon
Poppy seeds (khus khus)- 1 1/2 tsp.
Roasted gram ( Pottuk kadalai)- 1 tablespoon
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp.

METHOD:
First grind the above ingredients to a nice paste and keep it aside.
Heat 2 tablespoonful of oil. Add cumin seeds (1/2 teaspoon),   chopped green chillies (2) and chopped onion. Fry till the onions become brown. Add ginger garlic paste and saute  for 2 minutes.Then add 1 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder and then tomatoes. Saute till the oil comes out. Pour little water and add the ground paste and  salt . Cook till it boils and attains thick consistency. Finally, add chopped coriander leaves for garnishing. Now,  Cauliflower chops is ready to be served.
